Here’s the logistics.

We partner with trusted farms to bring you the best pasture-raised, kosher-certified meat.

The animals are processed with meticulous care to meet Kosher and humane requirements, then expertly packaged and frozen for freshness.

We work in small batches as a new company.

Our first batch is in transit between USA and Canada.

As a first time importer, the meat is currently being held by Canadian Food Inspection Agency at an inspection warehouse (in freezers).

All orders from there can be delivered next day.
